Refund policy

We want you to feel confident choosing your JOAJOA nose jewelry. Because these items come into close contact with the body, we handle returns with hygiene in mind.

Change-of-mind returns

Please request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing joacompany2023@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • For items delivered with an individual product hygiene seal, that seal must remain intact and unopened. You may open the outer shipping package to view the product without breaking the individual product seal.

  • Jewelry that has been tried on, inserted into a piercing, or worn is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

  • If your item was delivered without an individual hygiene seal, the unopened-seal requirement does not apply. The item must still be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns, except where required by applicable law.

How to return an item

Contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. We will inspect the returned item to confirm that it meets the conditions above.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. JOAJOA will cover any required return shipping for confirmed defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrectly supplied items. The change-of-mind seal restrictions do not exclude claims for these issues.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. This policy does not reduce any return rights offered when an earlier order was placed.
